Return Process

  Inspect Your Delivery

  Examine your plants immediately upon arrival and take photos of any damage or health concerns within 48 hours of delivery.

  Contact Our Team

  Email our customer support with your order number and photos to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for eligible items.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item back in its original specialized nursery packaging to prevent further stress or damage during the transit process.

  Ship and Refund

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed once the nursery inspects the return.
